Google Bad Review 1: Refused my appointment after being 4 minutes late, and then refused to process a refund. Unbelievably rude receptionist – who then refused to give me her name so I could process a complaint. I've been coming here for months and have never been treated like this before. Can only put it down to someone who is inadequate in customer care and should possibly not be in this line of work.

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Everyone here is so so unprofessional and rude. I had booked 6 different treatments and they rang me 3 days before to ask for me to come in either the day before or after my original appointment as they didnt have the right staff in to do my eyebrow tinting and waxing. This meant I would have to go in twice in 2 separate days. I did so, only to turn up and they tell me there was no booking on the system. They did not do anything to sort the situation. I therefore requested a full refund to which they took 10mins to sort and tell me that I will get a refund in 3/4 working days. They did not offer to give me any confirmation of the refund so I had to tell them to cancel my booking on the system so I get a cancelation email from Treatwell. The option they initially put down was that ‘Client did not show up' when there was also an option available for ‘Salon is unavailable to accomodate booking'. I wasted 3 hours of my day traveling to the salon to be treated disrespecfully and not get any of my booked treatments done. This was going to be my first time but I now will AVOID this for life. Please be really cautious when dealing with this salon or AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
