Google Bad Review: I would highly not recommend this place! My cousin went there to do some blood test. During her appointment she got the information that she has to wait 10 days for the results. She paid £180 for the test and £12 was the cost of taking the blood. After two weeks which is longer that is supposed to be she recived a call from Luxmedica that her blood test couldnt be performed because the lab doesnt have some tools to do so. They failed to provide the service but they give her 2 options. 1st- is that she will pay an extra money so they will politely send it to different lab or 2nd option is that she will wait till the lab will have right tools( they informed her that it can be an extra month or longer, they dont really know). She asked them for refund. They gave her back £180, but kept £12. The explanation from Luxmedica, I quote ” its not our fault, the lab just gave us the information, sorry”. I can say that they are very irresponsible, immature, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She bought their service, they couldnt provide it but still she had to pay for their mistakes. Plus she lost deposit money that she had to pay for an appointment with her doctor couse she had to cancel. Another thing is because they informed her that the test cant be done after 2 weeks she has few weeks of delay with her diagnosis which also will delay her treatment which can result in serious health complications. The worst part of this upsetting situation is the fact how childishly they behaved saying that its not their fault. They sell the service which means that they are responsible for providing it or not providing. No one cares how many people or institutions were involved in process, so explaining that its not their fault sounds like 10 year old child, not like professional medical clinic. They failed in every possible way. As a medical clinic they are responsible for human life no matter if they are private institution or not! Sadly they dont care and even worse make people pay for their mistakes. I have never seen this kind of negligience. For sure they have no knowledge of medical ethics and customer service. All this situation affected my cousine's life in very negative way. There are many medical clinics in london that can provide a good service for cheaper price and if they fail they will take responsibility and will help the patient in every possible way they can. So I would recommend to avoid Luxmedica.
