Google Bad Review 1: Ordered a rug from this company. They then cancelled it without informing me. When I contacted the company they said it was due to suspected fraud. I informed them my credit card company had not made me aware. They went on to say it had nothing to do with the credit card company they themselves suspected fraud. I was appalled and confused. All my details matched my credit card, the payment went though without any problems. In order for them to proceed with the order they requested I send a bank statement, a picture of my bank card front and back, a copy of my passport and a utility bill. I found the whole process bizarre and insulting. I asked that a senior member of their staff call me back. I was told this would be done within the next 24 hours – I’m still waiting weeks later.

Google Bad Review (2): Like many of the others on here, I do not usually write reviews – however I do read them and took a gamble on LuxDeco given their range of products and competitive prices.
I am an Interior designer by trade and like to trial any vendor before recommending them to clients and friends. Although originally hopeful …unfortunately I cannot recommend shopping with LuxDeco.
My husband and I ordered a lamp in April, and following months of continued delays and queries from our end, we were offered a refund as they were unable to provide the product that they sold us.
I found the customer service to be responsive (although incredibly vague), however unfortunately I do not believe they actually have access to much of the product they sell on their website.
I would absolutely advise that you shop elsewhere.
