Two month old £450.00 bed broke. Owner says “I just took over the company-NOT my problem although on checking Companies House. His name is the SAME as the previous owner's. BUYER BEWARE.

Google Bad Review (2): Products are shoddily made, and the customer service is horrendous. They’re quick to respond until there’s an issue then you can expect to wait, the bed I received was manufactured incorrectly and had several other faults making it look cheap and definitely not worth £700+.
Also ordered 3 other items of furniture which had to be changed as I was told the model I ordered was discontinued, and then waited 13 weeks to be told by the courier the new items were out of stock, something Lush again failed to mention.
They don’t show any value of custom and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for a refund of over £1000 despite the bed having already been returned and never having received any of the other items.
All the claims of luxury items and bespoke service they make on their website are an absolute load of rubbish. Avoid
