Google Bad Review: Awful customer service ! Not worth the money!
The guy who claims to be the manager of the place called Max, he is rude and inflexible. I came in 3min late for the class and he refused to let me in on the ground of health and safety concern. I have been an experienced yoga practitioner for the last 5 years and I know my healthy condition myself. When you are 3 min late for a yoga class and being refused to let in, you got to question it if this place is flexible enough to meet clients needs in this competitive market. There are 5 yoga studio in my area, I have been to most of them, I have never once being refused to let in by any of the places.
In this current economic situation, I’m very surprised stuff like Max can just turn away a paying customer. How does being late 3Min late for a yoga class causing heath and risk hazard which escapes my understanding. I have offered to register my details after the class but Max simply refused to let me in and did not offer alternative solution.
This just shows an attitude of superiority attitude and does not care customers or understanding human being can run abit late for classes as people have jobs and other responsibilities.
Max is rude and inflexible. If he represents this company, I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
As said, there are 5 yoga places in my radium, why go to a place who turns away a paying customer ? Take my business to somewhere else who is more happy to meet my needs!
