Google Bad Review 1: Was having a look the menu with a friend of mine from outside the store before a really hostile server opened the door and asked how he could help in a annoyed tone. I noticed half the place was empty and when we asked to about the menu we were turned away and told reservations only. I could only assume this was racially motivated as we are POC and did not see anyone other POC guests at the restuarant.

Google Bad Review (2): I wonder if they’ll actually response as they don’t tend to with bad reviews. I have been there a total of 5 times and ordered a few times via Uber eats. But it’s the lack of consistency for me. It’s the closest halal spot next to me. Literally 5 mins away. But each time I’ve visited I haven’t had the best service from the older female staff. The guys have been great and are the best baristas with a nice and friendly service. My go to is a iced latte with caramel syrup suggested by one of the guys which is £3.50. However, when I ordered it with the female staff she charged me £3.90 which I didn’t realise till after. She also fails to acknowledge you too when you walk in at first I thought maybe she had an off day. But I felt that with her each time she was there and heard about similar experiences by her from my peers. Today was the last straw for me. I placed a large order via Ubereats which was accepted. 20 mins after the order was placed it was then cancelled. It was the most annoying thing as I had placed an order for my entire family. We were expecting to receive it within 25-35 mins. The fact they cancelled so close to the time was really frustrating.
