Google Bad Review 1: I had booked a collection for today and waited all day for The Luggage Delivery Co to show up. They have not shown up despite stating they would arrive between 9am to 5pm. I have received no messages despite calling 4 times and sending an email for them to confirm their eta. Very disappointed and would not recommend their service to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): My luggage came more than a week after promised. When it was held up at customs, the Luggage Delivery Company simply asked me to “contact DHL” to work it out myself. When I could not do so, and only after asking them to, did they attempt to. They only got back to me with information about my suitcase a day after I had already worked it out myself. In addition to all of the above, confusing regulations led me to believe that I would be reimbursed for any customs related charges, and the company refused to do so.
