Google Bad Review 1: I'm highly vulnerable person and I call to reception ((Emma receptionist)) she is very busy and every time she don't want to listen to me and transfer the call wrong department 3rd time i tell her please 1st listen to me then transfer the call .
After that she reply me back she don't no about my queries and loxford polyclinic services i tell her if you don't know so can I Speak to your manager please she say sorry I can't help you…
Reception staff don't have information and they don't now how to give the customer services….

Google Bad Review (2): No one attend the call immediately. If we call in the morning, they ask to call in the evening. If we call in the evening, they ask to call in next day morning. Really it is irritating to get the appointment on time.
I don't blame the doctors and treatment, however I am not satisfied with the appointment booking system.
