Google Bad Review: Worst Experience I've had. I paid the full amount for my holiday and there was a flight cancellation which occurred with my booking. The airlines got in touch with me directly, and is short, I opted for a partial refund on my flights. Loveholiday was my travel agent, they paid for my booking via their own Company credit card (not that I had asked for but I guess most companies do). My refund went back to their company card and I was told it takes up to 10 days for the money to go back to the original method of payment. It's now 2 months later and I'm still chasing for MY money. I have to open a separate case for MY money which can take up for 56 days for them to respond to. That's like saying let me go on holiday and Ill pay for my charges 56 days later.
