Google Bad Review 1: An overall bad attitude from the driver and the helper. They were constantly complaining about the amount of things to move (which they were previously stated in the booking and pictures sent to them the night before as requested). The lift in the new place wasn’t working as we flagged the night before that this might happen. They carelessly left our belongings downstairs and didn’t offer to move anything upstairs, not even for an additional cost. They rudely unloaded the van and left whilst complaining and making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This was probably the worst experience I ever had using compare the man and the van.

Google Bad Review (2): After initially trying to give me a quote higher than their advert would suggest (I had to challenge this before they changed the quote to reflect prices adverstised), we eventually agreed on a quote. I then asked for them to confirm that they could pick me up on a particular date (giving plenty of notice) and got no response. Days went by, and all of my attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. Till the last day before the move I was hoping I would get some kind of update or anything from them and in the end had to sort out another van hire. I will not be attempting to book anything with LOVE2REMOVALS ever again.
