Google Bad Review: Terrible experience! Have to give one star to be able to post it which they don't deserve honestly. We have taken Roco to LMH a few times in the last 3 years. Never ever had he came out looking like this. He was completely shaved almost bare skinned in certain areas of his body like his belly and chest. When we asked what happened, we were told that this was the same grooming he had before, which was not true. I was shocked, paid 86gbp for this ridiculous look and just left the store. Can't bother to waste my breath to complain there since they were not very apologetic. When we came home I realised he also had a distinct smell (damp smell) instead of a nice shampoo smell we were expecting, although this was least of my worries when he looked like naked. I have never seen a King Charles Cavalier shaved like this ever in my life. I am embarrassed to take my dog out for a walk. Please look at the attached photo to see what I mean. They need more experienced groomers. I am quite disappointed and not planning to go back there again until they hire professionals.
