Google Bad Review 1: Please be aware of this extremely unethical company with real lack of transparency. You will see free trial buttons everywhere stating the monthly costs. 2 weeks later and if you happen to have a small baby and genuinely forget to cancel you'll be charged an ENTIRE ANNUAL FEE OF 170 OR MORE. Nothing ‘monthly' about that. I spoke to 3 people. All said we don't refund. I find it criminal that they can take a huge amount of money like that. If I lost a month's worth I would understand. I don't know any other subscription service that is so misleading. I'm massively out of pocket. I would be very curious to see what percentage of their profits come from accidental subscriptions……

Google Bad Review (2): I love sharing economy and was excited to see this website. I use Airbnb, Uber, and Turo and I get excited with every new product that allows anyone to save or make money out of what they own.
I wanted to try Love Home Swap for two weeks back in July 2020 and listed my home in Vancouver. I was charged by mistake for one year of membership. For some reason it wasn't clear to me I'll be charged yet. Anyway, I had to leave the house I lived in and I wasn't going to try home swapping for an extended period.
I contacted Love Home Swap, they sent a nice message to ask me to stay on the platform, I explained my situation to them and mentioned I'll definitely be a customer in the future when I settle somewhere. I got no reply since then! I wasn't able to reach out over multiple emails. I'm trying to call their phone number but that's turning difficult for me due to limited operation hours and time zone. Anyway, I'm super disappointed and still trying to claim the one year membership that I haven't used.
I'm having the same situation Louise Christie mentioned in a previous review so there seems to be something misleading with the 2-week trial.
