Google Bad Review: Terrible landlords, not only do they not carry out important works when requested but they are falsely putting down reviews on their own properties they get their staff to leave reviews on here to make it look good this is a disgrace.
This company should not be taken seriously they do not attend to urgent repairs leaving tenants in properties with mould and damp that cause damage to health and when reported to get it sorted out they want to make an excuse to evict the tenant and saying that's when they will do the works, they're housing men into mother and baby units as social services advised this is illegal to mix into properties like this which has caused conflict, they have housed tenants who are smoking cannabis in their rooms and when they are reported nothing is being dealt with.
They have no shame, they do not care about the well being of their tenants or their health and safety.
