Google Bad Review 1: A BIG RIP OFF, DO NOT USE THEM, THEY OVERPRICED unfortunately we locked ourselves out after our dog ran off so we contacted them and they came out in 20 minutes after we called them. The guy drilled the back door lock and replaced the lock in 15 minutes. Unfortunately I was in the car looking after the dogs while my partner was sorting the paperwork with the technician. I came in to the house to see a £612 invoice for a 15 minutes job? Is that how expensive this is? Not even a dentist or a plumber will charge that amount for that. I am putting a complain to trading standards now.

Google Bad Review (2): ( a reply to the owner's answer) : you are insisting to say lies on the public when mentioned that I would have been charged¡¡¡ and you forgot that you were swearing at me when I asked a proper repair or a replacement rather than doing a dodgy repair?
Obviously the remote control had a technical fault which is covered by it's warranty untill the last hour of the year, and it's not due to a damage caused by the daily use.
So stop contradicting yourself.
You're asking me to call you? It's too late now, I already called you 100 times and warned you before this feedback toke a place.
ORIGINAL FEEDBACK
Avoid this Dodgy person at all costs.
1- Bad English Language
2- Very RUDE and arrogant person who is willing to swear at you straight away
3- I paid him £160 to get a remote control replacement , it was WARRANTIED for 1 year.
6 months later the remote control ( Unlock ) button wasn't working at all .
I called him and he asked me to pop up to Wembley where he's based I guess , I went there and he opened the key, tried to fit a piece of paper underneath the chip board of the remote ( dodgy job) .
I refused this DODGY job and asked him to either fix it properly or provide a replacement of a brand new one since it is still under the warranty , HE REFUSED , he became rude and arrogant and started swearing at me and asked me not to watch him while he fixes the remote and he shut his van's door .
5 minutes later he came out of his van giving me they key back saying that it's a brand new , but when I opened the cover actually (HE CHANGED THE OUTSIDE CASE ONLY ) put some rubbish underneath the battery . ( SEE PHOTO ) .
I told him that I will write a negative feedback if you don't fix or replace the key , he didn't bother and refused to communicate anymore .
IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE AND WASTE OF MONEY , USE THIS PERSON .
