Google Bad Review (2): I ordered a margarita pizza from L’oro di Napoli from deliveroo expecting a nice authentic proper pizza. Not like the tasteless supermarket ones. The pizza was cooked and delivered within 14 minutes in total, was totally burnt on both sides. So I called the restaurant, the lady apologised and they sent me out a second burnt pizza in just 10 minutes. 10 minutes. Just a little less burnt but still burnt on both sides with soot underneath. I returned both burnt pizzas with the delivery driver. I called them again and asked the man answering the phone for a refund. He refused, said that burnt pizzas were their style of pizza and said that deliveroo should deal with the refund. Neapolitan pizzas should not be burnt all over, especially not on both sides. Please use and clean out your oven L’oro di Napoli. A lower temperature for a little longer in a cleaner oven will give you a nice pizza. You are supposed to be an authentic Italian restaurant. Shameful and could do a lot better.
