Google Bad Review 1: Such a terrible experience!
Last November one of their recruiters got in touch with me to let me know about a new job opportunity. I was interested about the role, so he arranged a job interview with the Head of Digital, who did not show up on the day, so I had my interview with someone else. Following the interview, I tried to get in touch with him several times to know their feedback. However, he never picked up my calls, neither replied to my emails (except once, almost a month after, to tell me that he did not have any news yet). I'd like to know if is common practice for recruiters in UK to behave like that. Not only I had to take time off at work, but I also invested time to prepare! I am absolutely disappointed with the service and the way C. handled the situation. He showed a lack of respect and professionalism.

Google Bad Review (2): I applied for an Analyst post with Lorien's client Wonga and was shortlisted for an interview after a phone interview. Afterwards, I was informed the client halted the recruitment process and would re-start after Christmas. To my shock, I was told afterwards their client rejected my application! Despite politely asking for some feedback, the woman at Lorien refused to respond to me. Shows you how unprofessional, unkind and selfish they are. They wasted precious time preparing for the interview, yet foolishly would never want their time wasted, illustrating their double standards. What also irritated me is that months later, she had the cheek to act like NOTHING happened by sending me irrelevant job descriptions! Avoid these people at all costs.
