Google Bad Review 1: last year Lookers carried out an annual service and MOT and I was quoted £2,529. I objected to this and had to go physically to the garage to question it. After much argument they miraculously dropped the charge to £1,072. I complained to the Motor Ombudsman who adjudicated in my favour back in July and Lookers were required to send me a letter of apology. I still haven't received it in November. If you want decent service go to Beadles Jaguar of Sidcup!

Google Bad Review (2): Worst customer service. I have called several times asking to speak with someone in the service team as I have some question about the Jag I own and always get told that my call will be returned as no one is a available to answer. I was told on my last call that a message has also been left for the manager but one month on, no one has even bothered to return my call. Wouldn’t expect such a service when purchasing a car over 40K.
I am a member of a Jaguar Owners group on Facebook and it’s not just me that has experience a bad service with Lookers west London.
I would suggest going to any other dealership instead and looking at reviews before purchasing a vehicle so you are not stuck with Lookers West London.
