Google Bad Review 1: I am leaving this review to make people aware that when a surgery goes wrong, how unhelpful Longevita can be. I underwent a hair transplant in October 2018 and it is one of my biggest regrets in life! I had used Longevita before for a hair transplant, which was successful. I then returned a second time to have an additional 2000 grafts transplanted. The second time the surgery was completed and I was back to the hotel within 4 hours, when the surgery should have taken 6-8 hours. This led to me having serious head trauma, which resulted in big bald patches all around my head. Two years later these bald patches have not improved. Since the second transplant I have spent over £2000 on SMP and PRP treatments to try and camouflage the bald spots, but the bald patches are so big the procedures are not working. Longevita are the middlemen and do not take and responsibility when something goes wrong. Please be careful! I had only asked for £700 compensation, which is nothing, considering they have destroyed my appearance!
