Google Bad Review 1: Literally the worst “student accommodation.” I say that because myself and other students moved in and were told that it was a student accommodation. At some point in the time we were there, all of a sudden, we start to see all kinds of people living in our building.
– We had actually spoken to two guests and they said they were never aware of the fact that student were living there, in fact, they had booked the hotel on booking.com. They were able to get a refund for the night as they were furious.
– You may ask us “why didn’t we leave” but we literally couldn’t. You paid most of the money or in large installments, and were not allowed a refund for the months we had paid for if we left.
– I had also given them my large blanket in order to get dry cleaned as they recommended to me, and they LOST it. Literally never got it back.
– They made our stay there a complete nightmare.
– Destroyed some of our clothing with all sorts of stains, lost items, and never cared.
– I will definitely give credit to some of the staff there who did their best but unfortunately, those people in charge made it very difficult.

Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) The worst experience of my life in an accommodation, I do not recommend it.
1. Food was ALWAYS late, and they told you to pre-order. But even setting the time you wanted, there were days when they forgot your food, you had to call them on the phone and you had to wait for your food in the kitchen for between 30 and 60 minutes.
2. The weekly menu was practically always the same and when you said that something you did not like in the suggestions so that they did not put it on your plate, they kept putting it or they got the wrong room number and they gave you another meal.

4. Dirty sheets and towels
5. It took days and even more than a week to give you your “clean” clothes and on top of that they lost socks and underwear, they gave your clothes to other rooms, they forgot clothes in the laundry and you had to claim it and they even gave you your clothes with stains you didn't have before, and they told you it wasn't their problem!
6. The door to the street broke down all the time and you had to go to the other hotel to say so and wait on the street for the door to be opened.
7. The elevator was almost always broken
8. Dirty bathrooms and always without soap
9. The dirty kitchen
10. It was supposed to be a student accommodation and there were people of all kinds: elderly, families with children …
I could spend all day listing things and it would never end.

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un alojamiento, no lo recomiendo.
1. La comida SIEMPRE llegaba tarde, y eso que te decían que prenotaras. Pero incluso poniendo la hora que tú querías había días que se olvidaban de tu comida, tenías que llamarles por teléfono y te tocaba esperar tu comida en la cocina entre 30 y 60 minutos.
2. El menú semanal era prácticamente siempre igual y cuando decías que algo no te gustaba en las sugerencias para que no te lo pusieran en el plato, te lo seguían poniendo o se equivocaban de número de habitación y te ponían otra comida.
3. Servicio de limpieza nefasto
4. Sábanas y toallas sucias
5. Tardaban días e incluso más de una semana en darte tu ropa “limpia” y encima te perdían calcetines y ropa interior, daban tu ropa a otras habitaciones, se olvidaban ropa en la lavandería y tenías que reclamarlo e incluso te daban tu ropa con manchas que antes no tenías, ¡y te decían que no era su problema!
6. La puerta de la calle se estropeaba todo el tiempo y tenías que ir al otro hotel a decirlo y esperar en la calle a que te abrieran la puerta
7. El ascensor casi siempre estaba roto
8. Los baños sucios y siempre sin jabón
9. La cocina sucia
10. Se supone que era un alojamiento para estudiantes y habia gente de todo tipo: mayor, familias con niños…
Podría estar todo el día enumerando cosas y no terminaría nunca.
Trato nefasto.

Google Good Review: Moving abroad was one of the most exciting yet vulnerable moments of my life, and finding a steady place with professional staff and supporters was crucial in this new stage of my life. Finding a safe place as well as a vibrant and well-connected spot in the city centre was my main goal, and being in the heart of Westminster brings all this and much more. Public transport links are definitely unrivalled, and you can even walk to the main London landmarks, university life points and the coolest areas in London. Vincent Square is an oasis of calm yet a lively London’s corner which is very helpful when assignments and exams creep in. I definitely love it there!
