Google Bad Review: I've held back on this review, but after multiple ghosted emails- it's worth sharing shocking customer service/ bedside manner experience.
After being involved in an RTA I dislocated my nose which has resulted in severe breathing issues- i'm a professional and sponsored athlete, which has meant this year I haven't been able to compete.
I'd been recommended to this surgeon as trauma to the nose can affect the way it looks and Dr Hari referred me on which I provided the time of the consultation- the initial surgery date was supposed to be in September (accident was in April)- prior to leaving for Australia next year.
My car accident was on a dual carriageway- the whole experience was traumatic which i'm working through with a therapist to avoid it affecting me later in life/ my sport.
I advised he could contact my Therapist- which he didn't CC me into- (hardly surprising).
After meeting me for 10 minutes he recommended to my therapist to prescribe me antidepressants- which is WAY out of his lane, the content of the email was something even my therapist laughed at, not only was his language belittling to my therapist- he was acting like he knew the ins and outs of a situation I only briefly raised.
Now to the real issue, i've sent MULTIPLE emails regarding dates of surgery, which have all been ignored, which now means i'm 4 months on and still have no surgery date and I'll probably not be able to compete or travel next year- a simple reply could have avoided all of this delay.
Awful customer service as a private patient and also extremely unempathetic regarding my circumstances.
