Google Bad Review 1: I am still living at a property managed by this company, but let me warn you about their services before you rent with them.
Currently both me, my mother and her partner are renting 2 rooms in a shared house managed by this agency for the past 5 years. The service provided by this agency is a joke, feels like no costumer service at all, and no response from the agents when you need them. For each problem we had in the house we had to chase them down for ages, and I am not joking… some matters took months to be solved.
Nearly a year ago happened that, the agents let the room on the upper house (also managed by them) to a couple that has a huge dog. This has caused for my mother and her partner to not have any piece since then. My mother brought her concerns to the agents that, in our point of view, was completely ignored. The attitude that came across from the agents were “we cannot do anything about it”. And they even advised her to actually speak to the neighbours and solve the matter herself. Meanwhile, if I remember well, the contract says that noise is not permitted between 11pm-9am; however, the neighbours persist to make constant noise throughout the the night, as well as arriving home at 3am shouting and not considering that people are sleeping at that time. My mother (that has a health condition) has not been able to rest properly, and this has lead to her problem to aggravate.
Another example is an internet problem, that has been going on for as long as I remember. They recently installed a new internet, however it seems to be worst than before. An email was sent by my in April and I was told to wait for a return answer and they never came back to me. This is because all bills are included, although there is no proper internet in my room and another room (which a router was purchase so we would be able to have some internet).
No agents work on the weekends, and during week days we have to chase them down for answers, because the feeling that we have is that they just ignore us. Yes, I believe they have other administrative things to do, however the issues of this property are to be solve as well.
There are so many other occasions that the agents attitude is just so off, coming across that either they think we are ignorant or they are extremely unaware of what their job requires.
Due to many personal reasons, we are not able to leave the property, but we can definitely say that the service is not the best in our point of view.
