Google Bad Review 1: This company is a scam!!! I would put 0 stars if it was an option. They charged me a call out fee of £78 and did nothing for my printer. Initially, i had spoken to a receptionist and she had taken all the information about the printer and what was wrong with it. When the engineer came he said he would not be able to fix it and the part would potentially be more expensive than getting a new printer. I had spoken to another receptionist and he said he would let me know about the part. He did not call back. After 2 days i called them back and that is when they let me know they would not be able to even get the parts. So i asked for a refund and the receptionist stated that the fee was just for the call out. On the invoice, it stated the fee was for a repair and call out. The receptionist proceed to explain that the “business would not make money if they gave refunds” and that getting a repair is a “gamble”.If you want to get your printer fixed don’t trust this company. They don’t care to repair.

Google Bad Review (2): I wanted to get my A3 scanner sensor cleaned as it had some dust on the sensor, London Printer Repairs made my printer obsolete.
After making me pre-pay a call out fee one of their ‘engineers' came over to our office (a few hours later than agreed)
He didn't bring any of his own cleaning equipment and had to ask to borrow some of our clothes and some windex. He subsequently made the issue much worse and created a new larger issue with the scanner which made it unfit for purpose. They did send out a ‘senior engineer' who admitted that the issue was caused by them but the director of the company said they would not do anything about it and denied it.
They would not repair it without making me pay for a part which cost as much as I paid for the scanner.
They also refused to give me a refund for the call out.
