Google Bad Review 1: Cancer genetic service refuse to accept referrals to their service even for those with an extremely strong family history for certain cancers. Play games with both patients and GPs on the timeline for referrals and do not give any updates; eventually sending rejection letters years after a referral. No organisation or care for patients. They are really rude and give non-sense answers to the patient which have been waiting for months and lost 5 family members to a linked cancer.

Google Bad Review (2): I have been calling for 2 days now on the two numbers provided on the appointment letter and its either engaged or no answer. I got through once and was put on hold for 25 minutes. This is absurd and the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I need to make an enquiry and I can't actually get in tough with the hospital. Unbelievable!
