Google Bad Review 1: I had a full service for my car at London Motor Centre. After the service, I drove the car for about 20-30 minutes and the low engine oil level warning light came on (I have a photo evidence), which never happened before!
I took my car back the other day and they checked and claimed that there's an oil leak in the pipework around the engine. They tried to trick me to pay a lot to have them remove the parts, check and fix the leak. I got a bit suspicious and got it refilled with some oil and left. Luckily I went to check with another car mechanic elsewhere who checked and said it’s quite normal if there’s a little bit of oil/wetness around the pipework of the engine! Also, if there were such a severe leak that drained in 30mins driving, you would see oil on the ground but there’s nothing at all. And the oil warning light never came back on since.
It’s evident that during the full service they just drained my engine oil but “forgot?” to refill. And they falsely claimed there’s a leak and tried to scam me to pay for repair. They also haven't done a lot of things according to the item list of the full service on the Bookmygarage website. Apparently they didn’t check for oil leak. They didn’t top up coolant. They didn’t even check the tyre pressure before I asked when picking up my car. There could be a lot more they didn’t do as I wouldn’t know.
This is utterly unacceptable and unbelievable! I contacted them after but they just didn't respond to my concerns/questions directly and were still saying I need to pay more than the service itself for them to check for oil leak…
I'm absolutely disappointed and am escalating this to the motoring authorities!!

Google Bad Review (2): Bunch of rude unprofessional guys who parked the car on a random road and didn't bother calling to say its done, walking and saw it parked randomly could've easily got a ticket as no permit. Workers there spoke so rudely, was told the job would take 1hr -1.5hr but ended up waiting 4hours. Won't return
