Google Bad Review 1: Not safe. My money was stolen from inside the room from a locked suitcase. I had placed it in my laptop bag and locked it in my suitcase as I was in hurry and the safe was not working and I didn't have time to report the case. I locked the suitcase with the number combination. The money was stolen and the suitcase was relocked. I cannot believe this. A 5 star hotel is not safe and someone in the hotel opens the suitcase. I'm never staying in this hotel again and will never advise anyone to stay as you cant feel safe and your things will be checked. I'm surprised even about the staff's reaction no empathy at all. I reported the case very calmly and they were telling me you can report to the police. I'm a tourist and the last thing I want is to go to police stations while I'm on holiday. You could have shown some empathy. You claimed to get ready for a boutique service and I got one. Don't stay there it's not safe.
