Google Bad Review 1: I would never use their service again as on the website they had advertised that the driver would help us load or unload the stuff. But 1 hour before got a call from the driver that he would sit in the van while we load or unload the van . So tried to get some sense from the owners of the company who where very unhelpful and threatened to cancel my order . And then sent me a text message to tell me that they have cancelled my order and also will charge me for cancelling as all I said was that I will give them the review .

Google Bad Review (2): Poor experience from London Man VAN. While the guys who came to help us move were hard working and efficient, the management are very unpleasant to deal with. There was a near three hour delay in getting the move started and communication was poor. They refused to discount my booking despite the large delay for which I had to pay a handyman for waiting around. I was also forced to pay an extra £60 as my booking went a bit over and was told they would not empty my items from the van if I didn't pay on the spot. Also, they suggested I cancel my booking and go elsewhere which is highly unacceptable and illustrates how unreliable this company is. The management of the company is rude, and unprofessional. Will not use again and I advise others to think twice before booking.
