Google Bad Review 1: For Christmas I purchased a one day workshop to make a silver ring for my boyfriend. He said it was good although the ring he made ended up being too big to even fit his thumb, when they had measured it for his middle finger. I told him to email them to ask to get it adjusted (as it was a shame that he didn't have anything wearable from my gift to him). They said that was fine, however, when he went after work he was received with poor service and got left alone with the machine which he did not know how to use. He tried a few times and asked for help which was denied as she was busy making herself a cup of tea. After not even 10min he gave up and left, saying good bye to the woman who ignored him as he walked out.
