Google Bad Review 1: Very unacceptable situation happened today in this shop.
My friend was visiting london for the first time and he browsed some stuff here. And when he was done looking at stuff and when he tried to go out from the shop the two owners blocked the entrance and asked my friend for money saying there’s a fee for explanation of their products
My friend tried to ignore and go out but two people were blocking the entrance and another person asked for money
So he had to pay some pounds to go out. It was worst experience.
