Google Bad Review 1: A very non empathetic experience. Please do not visit if you are looking for a treatment to suit you and works well for you. You are only going to lose money and be very disappointed. I had scheduled my second appointment, which I requested to be cancelled as I got my menstrual cycle. As one can imagine, it is not possible to inform 24hours before hand. I did so as soon as I knew. As it was going to be less than 24 hours since I got my periods, I wasn't comfortable with getting a treatment on the day. However, I was told that I need to pay and menstruation is not going to affect my treatment. One – when I called to cancel/ reschedule giving my reason I was not told that I can still go ahead with the treatment. I gave my reason, and I was jumped to paying for cancellation. Secondly, I made it clear that I would not be comfortable as I am very new to this treatment and experience terrible menstrual days – but I was not taken into consideration. In a way I was told, that ‘theoretically' treatment is not affected, so they do not care. It doesn't matter if the patient wants to feel comfortable or not. And if the reason is beyond ones's control. Further, policy is 24 hours notice and I called as soon as 22 hours in advance which given the circumstances was very fair. I am so glad I got into this very early on in treatment and I had only spent on one session so far. I need to bear for the cancellation but I know that I will be paying more unnecessarily without reason if I continue here

I asked to see a specialist for my son's wrist, I was asked to book a general consultation, paid £65 for a 10 seconds appointment to make an open referral letter to an orthopaedic, cannot even give me the contacts, they asked me to google it. It used to be a good practice but since Covid it seems a very very poor service, even the person booking the appointments is rude…
