Google Bad Review 1: I came to this salon today to get a manicure with shellac. A lady named Joy started the manicure treatment. She was late which was not big deal for me however i was extremely unhappy with the way she filed my nails they looked terrible each had a different shape she didnt correct the places where my nails were chipped she didnt even see that i had a broken nail i had to constantly tell her what to fix and how to fix it. After filing my nails I already knew she didnt know what she was doing, she applied cutticle softner without soaking my nails in water which is wierd considering that this is supposed to be the most expensive manicure . She began “removing” the cutticles she scratched my nails with her cutticle clippers she didnt even buff properly, at this point i asked her to stop as i am not happy with the way she is performing her job.
I also had removal done which costs £9 and one would think that she will actually remove it properly well – she didnt.
After i stood up with one hand “done” they decided to charge me for normal manicure without polish and for shellac removal total of 25 pounds.
Well would never go back again and i do not recommend for anyone to enter this overpriced unprofessional nail salon.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst pedicure I have ever had. You sit crouched on a bench for the entire time and the final result was nails cut so low they bleed, totally uneven nails, half toes without top coat so Matt finish and gel lifting at edges after 3 days. I spoke to the salon to ask for refund and they refused quoting t&cs. Appalling customer service, over priced and ruined my feet. I would NEVER go back and urge everyone to stay away!!!
