Google Bad Review 1: At the end of tenancy, items have been removed from the flat we left in order to deduct money from our deposit. I wouldn't suggest anyone to rent with this agency for their careless behavior and dishonest practices.
We are beyond disappointed when realized we have been victim of a scam.

I contacted them through Zoopla one evening. The next day I received 10 emails, each with a single property's details. After complaining, they said it would stop. One week later, I received 22 emails in 30 minutes.
Apparently, new properties are sent automatically, one-by-one by an automatic email. This is a “feature” of theirs to make sure you never miss out on a new property. Amazingly, they never consolidate multiple properties on to one email like every single other agent I know.
Hardly an intelligent, respectful or personal service. I have asked them to delete my details.
