Google Bad Review 1: Terrible customer service. Took over an hour for our takeaway to be ready. Called about tiny butter chicken portion size and was told this was normal. We have had many butter chicken takeaways but none as small as this! This is the second time we have tried to give feedback but it is never listened to. Food was average. Not the place to go if you expect good customer service and adequate portion size.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't actually understand where to begin but it is genuinely the absolute worst service we have ever received. Its actually shocking the level of customer service.We ordered at 9:30pm and it is currently 11:35pm.
No sight of the driver or my small order of 2x pakoras and 2x pani puris yet. BTW they are also around the corner, im not sure if they got lost or if around the corner is 2 hours away
We called at 10:30pm to inform them that the delivery has not arrived, we were then informed that that the delivery driver is to leave in 10 mins. As understanding customers, we gave them another 20 mins instead. Still nothing.
We then called again at 11pm, at this point we were appalled. We were informed that the driver has our order but there were 4 deliveries. We asked the staff to either contact or provide the drivers contact details.
We were informed that this is not possible as he does not know the contact number. I mean can you imagine? We obviously questioned it and we're informed “i need to ask my mum” yes sure.
We said we want our order in the next 7 minutes or the service is not required.
No order or refund yet. I'm surprised we still have to give 1 star.

Google Good Review: Always love ordering from them. Their baby lamb is divine, and I especially love their curry chicken on the bone. Personally, there's nothing like chicken on the bone. Definitely recommend.
