40 minutes away. When I chased up got told would have to be morning now and latest 9am. Over 2 hours later 11am and no response even when I phoned directly and left messages. Useless knowing I had a gas leak.

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This plumber (Farrell) fitted a leaking pipe which damaged me and my neighbour’s property. He refused to come back and take a look when I informed him his pipework was leaking. His damages cost over £550. He would not even refund me for his initial shoddy work! I have never left a google review before, but I don’t want others to fall prey – STAY AWAY! And he asks for a funds transfer, which is not protected (I wish I had known this).
