Google Bad Review 1: Queues were too long, particularly for the security check. It’s obviously too small for the volume of people moving through. Spaces are cramped and poorly designed. Seats near the gates have plugs to charge phones- great idea! But none of them are connected to a power supply. British ingenuity at its best. Well done.

Google Bad Review (2): We are world travelers and travel in carryon bags. We had to place and fit our liquids, makeup and medications in one small zip bag. Otherwise it has to be thrown away or bags must be checked. All of our items were less than 3 oz but we never heard of the limitation of one small bag. The airport security claims that they have the highest level of security. Complete nonsense. If that is the case, then they should have verified passengers as they enter the airport. Anyone with a boarding pass can get in by a non human computerized entry way. This is so stupid that they restricted they number of liquids but failed to verify humans passing through.
Next time I will skip using this airport.
