Google Bad Review 1: Bad experience, I got a fever, and cancel the reservation. When I’m suffering from my illness the manager call with his mobile and gave me a lecture. I feel disrespectful. From the beginning to the end I didn’t say I won’t pay the cancellation fee. But when he call in, I feel he is forcing me to pay, as he keep saying he’s passing the case to another company to help him chase after the fee. He is calling through a mobile not the company number, so I think this is an inappropriate action to call customers through a mobile and give them a lecture. I am quite scare and shock when I receive the call. He did apologize at the end, but I do not think he means it through out his tone.

Google Bad Review (2): I’ve chosen to visit Dr Andy based on the good reviews and my research about chiropractic care and its holistic approach. I was late a few minutes and was told the moment I entered that there was another client after me and not a lot could be done within time left, which was mentioned to me 2 more times. I was informed on the phone during booking that my first visit would be an hour long but it did only last around 40 minutes.
Dr Andy seemed confident and explained everything clearly (although very quickly) but I felt extremely rushed and therefore anxious and unsure whether it was the right treatment for me and whether I was given enough care and attention.
I chose this treatment to experience sth more natural and holistic but unfortunately it didn’t feel that way. On reflection, I felt the visit was too impactful in a negative way and I wouldn’t repeat
