Google Bad Review: Sorry to say, but very poor experience and service from Logosystems. I brought my MacBook Air in with a broken touchpad (couldn't click) in Nov. 2015. I came back a couple of days later and the guy said that, after assessing the problem he's been able to fix it by adjusting an internal screw. I was charged £150 but told that it was possible that it would reoccur, and that if it did reoccur within six months they would install a new trackpad and waive the labour cost. Sure enough, the exact same issue arose 5 months later. When I contacted Logosystems they said that they would fix for what would have worked out another £200. When I explained the promise they'd made, I was effectively told that no agreement had been reached. Not only was I ripped off, but I was also effectively accused of lying. Incredibly disappointing for a company that obviously prides itself on customer service. Needless to say I didn't go back.
