Google Bad Review 1: The team optically did a good job. We went with this company as they were at higher end of the market but we wanted to do the bathroom properly.
The team were friendly.
However 2 years later tiles broke and leaks appeared. The walls had not been properly prepared and just a lump of adhesive added which made tiles break and resulting in corrosion on the pipes
When asking the owner for an explanation he took my call but never rang back with an explanation. I had to spend 1500 on repairs.
Badly managed a real shame as the end result was different to the initial positive experience we had.
