Google Bad Review 1: Visited this place last week. Worst coffee I've ever had. The staff was rude (which I found it shocking coz Japanese is famous for excellent hospitality) and they kept chatting with each other loudly. I wish I could post a video to show how loud they were. My friends and I couldn't even continute a conversation. Won't visit again.

Google Bad Review (2): Rude and uncaring shop owner. Really quite shocking, actually. He is a prime example of awful, unfriendly London trying to squeeze every penny out of customers with zero care for actual customer service.
