Google Bad Review: Horrible first experience shopping with LN-CC and will not be a return customer. Was hesitant at first to purchase from them after initially reading reviews, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Do NOT recommend shopping here; zero customer service and my issue was not addressed or resolved. Purchased a handbag online during a sale; was sent the wrong bag (not the one I ordered). Reached out to customer service and got a very generic e-mail back to return the bag and purchase the one I wanted again. However, I got the bag on sale (which had ended) and I could not find my original purchase on the website anymore. Sent three additional e-mails highlighting the time sensitivity of the matter; as I wanted the issue resolved before sending it back. I still have not gotten a reply from customer service. I understanding that mistakes happen, but what matters is how it is handled. In this case with LNCC; they have proven to be not capable of resolving problems that I might add are their mistake in the first place. Do not purchase from this company!
