Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the pressure of having to buy a car. I booked a test drive and one of their sales rep kept going on about whether I was going to buy or not. If I wasn't going to buy then I couldn't get a test drive. But their website said no obligation to buy on test drives. I feel they are ” judging books by their cover”. Maybe I should have been suited and booted to get a better service. In the end I said to the sales rep that he's just lost a sale for his unprofessional behaviour and attitude towards me. I will never recommend to family and friends. I work 2 streets from them and have always said to buy from them whenever I was ready because they were so local to my place of work. What a shame!
