Google Good Review: From the few times I've been here. The staff from the dispensers to the pharmacists have been excellent under the stress they are under. Yes the queues may be long but they are tirelessly working to ensure that the medication you are given is the correct one for you or for your loved one. I have had a experience with this with Rianna and Maira who have go above and beyond the call of duty in chasing up a prescription which the doctor had made a critical mistake upon. I'm very relieved they caught this because its scary to think I could've taken the incorrect amount of medication and then cause even more issues or complications. So a big thank you once again to the staff at the outpatient pharmacy for your vital work.

Google Bad Review: Terrible service, said the wait would be 45 mins, two hours later and I’m still waiting. Forcing people to stand around in enclosed spaces, lets hope none of us catch covid!! As a private company Lloyds pharmacy should be ashamed to be running such a poor service.
