Google Bad Review: A shameful service from Lloyds Outpatients Pharmacy at Guy's Hospital. I have caught COVID and been in bed for a week now. Just discovered I had two missed calls from the pharmacy so called them back. A lady told me I had missed her calls for the delivery of my medication and I would need to go to pick up the medication. I explained that I have been in bed with COVID and cannot go anywhere. She instead that my picking it up is the only way now without showing any empathy or trying to sort it out for me. She handed me over to another lady who was extremely rude and kept talking over me while I was trying to explain my situation as well as frustration while I was out of breath with COVID. I politely asked for her name and position so that I could make a formal complaint and she refused it and passed me onto someone else. The third lady eventually agreed to send the medication out to me but stilll showed not a slightest sign of understanding or empathy and just told me “your courier will come in two days time so answer calls this time.”. I had always been satisfied with the face-to-face service at this pharmacy on the past years, but this time changed everything for me.
