Google Bad Review 1: These cowboys claim to charge “a fraction of the rent cost” which is just straight BS, the prices are maybe 10% cheaper than say spareroom.com, the difference is that a) you could be told to move on with little or no notice b) the property will resemble a squat c) your tenants rights are out of the window (which probably has a big metal plate screwed over it), used to be a great model until greedy companies like this got involved.

*The accommodation was riddled with a huge BED BUG infestation… We are waiting on promised refunds for pest control bills and alternative hotel night stays as the accommodation was not fit for purpose and Danny Schindler (Chief Operations Officer) agreed to refund us and is now refusing to pay!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
We have threads of emails from Danny Schindler agreeing to compensate us and now NOTHING – they have zero duty of care and are only focused on ripping people off!
