Google Bad Review 1: Firstly the consideration shown to the surrounding buildings from the staff of this ‘nursery' is unbelievably bad. During lockdown where majority of us are having to work from our homes, one of the staff thought it would be a good idea to get her laptop and speakers and play music right next to where we were working for hours. When asked the staff completely disregarded it and made excuses (like they do every time anybody gets in touch about the issues).
Also rubbish is thrown out of the car of the workers here, usually mcdonalds, the rubbish flys around our car park whilst the bin is directly next to their parking space. Believe me as somebody that has seen how the staff here operate, there is a better option than this nursery, the staff only care about themselves and have created a hostile environment between the people that live here and the people that work there.

Google Bad Review (2): If you’re thinking of using this nursery please think otherwise. As a homeowner in the nursery’s vicinity all I can hear throughout the day is crying and screaming from unhappy children while staff laugh with some staff even shouting at the children in response. Their behaviour and attitude towards residents of the area is not much different. They have created a hostile environment for everyone most of all the children. I also see other residents have complained in their reviews but their words have been suppressed by other reviews claiming to be parents of children who’ve attended little apples, no doubt friends of the staff and business. The area was so lovely before the arrival of the nursery and now it’s negative and not to mention the littering from the staff throwing nappies and food wrappers all over the residents car park and sometimes even property. Little Apples should be ashamed of themselves. All efforts to communicate with staff regarding these issues have been ignored and shut down. They are condescending and rude to engage with, such poor manners to surround the children with. Not to mention the notes they leave on residents cars. Would give a 0 but it’s not an option so I give them 1
