Google Bad Review 1: I had my test done last month and it is taking more than a month to have my glasses ready, I had my glasses made with Colorimetry but when they place my order they forgot to ask for UV ( I think that how to write). I called the shop and they said that my glasses it will be ready today and when I called today they said that it might be Monday. Very disappointment for the price i paid for the appointment and the glasses.
I was looking and it more than 1 month.

Google Bad Review (2): Front of house reception team were amazing ! Professional, friendly and when the printer and computer caused problems they got on with it with a smile. An elderly lady came in with hundrereds in cash (her bill was £360 !!!!) and they were brilliant with her…..sadly It just went downhill from there.
Optometrist was stressed and continually disturbed by other staff throughout the eye test. It made my child more nervous and distracted, dread to see how the final glasses will be.
Sales staff were tired and disengaged and explained nothing but tried to sell every extra possible.
My daughter asked to leave and I should have listened 🙁
I tried to buy additional goggles to play sports in but they didn't do them, asked for the PD measurement so I could order online, they said they ‘weren't allowed' to say…..I have never had that response from vision express/boots/specsavers before and so went next door to spec savers after I had finished. Specsavets helped measure the PD – FOR FREE !!!! Even though I'd just spent my £100 (for kids glasses) next door !!!! The sales staff were amused that I'd bothered with linklaters and said that all the customers from linklaters ultimately transfer to specsavers, they then helped me order sports goggles online with another company FOR FREE !!! I felt awful for not just ordering our glasses with specsavers in the first place !!!!
We are a family of 5 who all wear glasses and renew prescriptions yearly (that's two adults at £350 each minimum and 3 kids at £100 each minimum) AND have an army of glasses wearing friends and family who I would warm against going here !
Shoulda gone to specsavers haha !
