Care Quality Commissions need to investigate this Nursing Home.
Most of the staff need training the Manager needs changing.
People who are considering putting love ones in here don't bother waste your time do your research on this nursing home if you consider leaving someone here long-term.
It clearly shows the manager Oxana doesn't not care for the older adults or communicate with family or friends It clearly shows this is just a job for her to be paid.
Very disappointed considering I work in Adult Social Care for 10 years. Lambeth Social Service also should be embarrassed putting Older Adults who have no one to defend for them left here.
