Google Bad Review: This is the absolute worst place you can pick to care for yourself or a loved one that needs a carer. They don’t seem to train multiple of their carers because majority of them are clueless and causes problems within the house and for the person they’re meant to be helping. Here’s just 10% of the many problems:
– they don’t always check if medication is taken
– carers keep changing/multiple different ones
– doesn’t READ labels on containers that clearly label “dinner”, “lunch” etc
– Locks shut a clearly broken door without a handle multiple times
– closes door on cats, trapping them inside rooms
– can’t wash dishes properly
– mixes water and washing up liquid before it’s even finished
– lack of manners and unprofessional
– some are rude for no reason
– gets involved/causing problems in personal family things
– not punctual, always coming at different times and sometimes even 2 hours late
* a very FEW do such a perfect job that it’s a shame that the rest ruin it for the whole company.
