Google Bad Review 1: Hello there, I am a friend of Catherine, who started to rent a flat through this agency a month ago. I want to inform anyone who wants to rent with the agency, please do not. I heard so many complaints about what this agency did to my friend, that it is a real shame for this company. Just to let anyone know, never deal with Bernard manager. He was in charge of the flat from the beginning, then he decided to give the responsibility to another manager. He is not a professional at all. What happened was that my friend and him and also the cleaning service agency agreed that after the cleaning service, the cleaning ladies from the Polland would ring the office and Bernard would come and close after them the door, or at least somebody from the agency, because due to his fault and another colleague, this agency did not have a separate key to the flat. Then my friend received a call saying that her flat is open and when she called Bernard, he was laying that he did not agree on anything and he is not even in London. What a shame! When you actually have evidence that he has been lying over the phone about that he is not in London, as his colleague told that actually, he was, so that these ladies just went without closing the door and also they did not clean the flat at all. And it is not the end of the problems!
