Google Bad Review (2): I have been renting in London for many years and never been treated so poorly. Amit was incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. If you work with Lexington's make sure to avoid Amit and ask for Aleksandra who was great. Whether you are buying, selling or renting a flat, there are definitely much better estate agencies in the Belsize park area which is a great place to live.
