Google Bad Review 1: My experience with Lewisham dental practice has been very unpleasant of recent. Receptionist I find very dismissive and unhelpful and tends to communicate the wrong information. When trying to resolve an issue its leads to more complications.

Google Bad Review (2): Dr Patel was extremely great and skilful and I was sad to find out that he no longer works for the Lewisham dental practice the NHS however I feel like the staff ”reception” needs more costumer service skill sand give more information about the costs before hand. so as I underwent my dental appointment and treatment of fixing two bridges where I was not being told about the price before hand. I was frozen as I had to find out I have to pay a very huge price for my dental fix. that does not stand with the NHS helping their clients
